Which wallets you see

0.9.53

Looking for your account, API keys, plans or display settings? They've moved to your account page.

Look up a wallet

Paste any Bitcoin address to see what it holds, worked out from this dashboard's own index of the blockchain. The address isn't tied to you, and who looked is never recorded. The server keeps a copy of the result for up to a day, so a second look is quick, then deletes it. Signed in, you can save wallets to your account.

Looking a wallet up is watching, not owning: it asks a public question about a public address. It gives nobody access to anything, and this dashboard never asks for a private key or a seed phrase. Looking a wallet up never asks it to sign anything.

What a wallet you add can and can't show

It can show the inscriptions, runes and bitmaps the address holds right now, its balance, and how much of that balance is locked up in coins carrying an inscription or a rune.

It can't show its history: what it bought and sold, and when. That needs an index of spent outputs, which this dashboard doesn't have yet.

It prices what it can. A floor price has to be fetched per collection, so items in collections this dashboard already follows get valued and the rest are listed but not counted. You'll always be told how many of each.

Unless you're signed in, it doesn't remember. Close the tab and the address is gone from here. Signed in, the wallets you add are saved to your account.

This dashboard's own wallets

The wallets the dashboard tracks for itself. Unlike the ones above these live on the server, get refreshed on a schedule, drive the alerts, and are visible to everyone who can reach this dashboard. Not shown at all on a public instance.

Emergency banner

One line across the top of every page, public site included, for when something can't wait for a fix: a number people might act on is wrong, the site is degraded, a scam is going round. Open pages pick it up within a minute. A critical banner can't be dismissed.

No banner is showing.

Also: python scripts/banner.py set critical "…" --hours 6 on the dashboard's computer, or edit data/banner.json.
